Starting Oct. 7, 2010 a new Women's Circle will meet in Damariscotta from 6.30-8.00 pm. We will practice gentle body-mind techniques, process our lives and make the connection between our inner and outer worlds. Very often our relationships and work situations do not neccessarily reflect what's going on in our inner spheres. Coming back into our body, listen to our inner voices and finding ways to express ourselves will support healthier and more satisfying experiences.
Participants will learn to integrate easy body centering and relaxing exercises into their daily life. Short guided meditations and mini-art sequences will be part of this very personal, deep and energizing program.
Fee per session: $ 25.00
We will meet for 7 evenings, if participants are interested the group can go longer.
